We are pleased to announce the successful completion of the Customer Service Excellence training program organized for BFI's at Radisson Hotel, Lazimpat.
The program brought together dedicated employees for an engaging learning experience focused on enhancing customer service skills, communication, professionalism, and creating exceptional customer experiences.
