FUNDAMENTALS OF PHOTOGRAPHY
Course Synopsis
Photography course contains in-class photography projects and classroom demos to help you grasp how to handle your digital camera properly, whether you're using a digital SLR or a mirrorless model. The Introduction to Photography training course gives participants a basic understanding of digital photography and camera operation, as well as increased confidence in the use of advanced photography equipment. The course covers the interrelationship between light, ISO, shutter speed, and aperture, metering light for correct exposure, and how different focal length lenses affect the look of our images, as well as exploring major camera controls, functions, components, and accessories and learning photographic essentials. As a practical session, this photography program also includes a one-day hike.

Prerequisites
- Willing and eager to spend at least 10-20 hours per week outside of the training class in PHOTOGRAPHY (self-study and practice).
- There is no prior educational level requirement for this course.
