REGISTERED SCRUM MASTER
Course Synopsis
The Registered Scrum Master™ (RSM) course equips you with all the necessary information to practice Scrum. Scrum is an adaptive, repeatable process that equips individuals and organizations in how to thrive in a world where change is the only constant. In this course, you will get insights and strategies from decades of success training people to become high-performing Scrum Masters and Scrum teams in businesses around the globe. Through a combination of lectures, hands-on exercises, and review of real-world case studies from across a diverse set of industries, you will experience first-hand the impact of the Scrum framework and the importance of the Scrum Master role.
Completion Criteria
After fulfilling all of the following criteria, the student will be deemed to have finished the Module:
- Has attended 90% of all classes held.
- Has received an average grade of 80% on all assignments.
- Has received an average of 60% in assessments.
- The tutor believes the student has grasped all of the concepts and is ready to go on to the next module.
Prerequisites
- There is no prior educational level requirement for this course.
